Herbert Kohl (born February 7, 1935) is a member of the United States Senate, where he has represented Wisconsin since 1989. He is a member of the Democratic Party and serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Committee on Appropriations, and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
As a member of the Judiciary Committee, Senator Kohl voted in favor of moving the PROTECT IP Act out of committee for a vote on the Senate floor. He is also a co-sponsor of the legislation.
