Tim Holden (born March 5, 1957) is a member of the United States House of Representatives, where he has represented Pennsylvania's 17th congressional district since 1993.
Holden is a member of the Democratic Party and serves on the House Committee on Agriculture and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. He was a co-sponsor of the Stop Online Piracy Act, but withdrew his support during the Internet Blackout protests of January 18th.
