Headquarters of the DOJ
The United States Department of Justice is a executive department in the United States responsible for the administration and enforcement of the law. It was established in 1789, and its headquarters is in Washington, D.C.
When the DOJ conducted an investigation of Megaupload.com, the top file-sharing website, the Federal Bureau of Investigation shut the website down, with the urging of Universal Music Group, due to copyright violations on the site. Within the hour, the Internet activist group Anonymous took down the DOJ's website in retaliation.[1]
